Drift is an ambient sound mixer for macOS. We believe in privacy by design. Drift collects no personal data whatsoever.
Drift does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app runs entirely offline on your Mac. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies, and no telemetry.
Drift stores your preferences (volume settings, presets, timer configuration) locally on your device using macOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your Mac and is not accessible to us or any third party.
All sounds are bundled with the app and played locally. No audio data is streamed from or sent to any server.
Drift Pro is available as an in-app purchase through the Mac App Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.
Drift does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service is Apple's App Store for purchase processing.
